Alliteration



Alliteration is a Figure of speech. It repeats the same initial consonant sound in closely connected words.
Example: The silent snake slithered smoothly through the soft sand.
Literary Example: "From forth the fatal loins of these two foes." – William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet
